When does season 2 of In The Flesh start on BBC?

It’s now been confirmed that series 2 of the supernatural drama will begin airing at 10:00pm on Sunday, 4 May, 2014, on BBC Three.

The new series of In The Flesh will this time run for six 60-minute episodes, in contrast to the shows three episode original mini-series.

A post-zombie uprising drama starring Luke Newberry as Kieren Walker and Emily Bevan as Amy Dyer, In The Flesh is based around zombies that have been medicated and returned to society, classed as ‘Partially Deceased Syndrome’ sufferers.

Season 2 rejoins Kieren as tensions increase between them and the living. As things progresses, we follow Kieren, his friends and family, as he wrestles with his identity, as well as his beliefs and those of others. One thing is for certain though, a quiet life is not an option.

In episode 1 of the new series, Kieren is thrilled by Amy’s return but troubled by two provocative strangers in Roarton.
