Who’s the singer/guitarist starring in the new 2018 TV advert O2 Priority Tickets and what’s the name of the song he’s performing?
Launched in May, 2018, this latest ad for O2’s Priority app shows Canadian artist Shawn Mendes playing guitar and singing his recent single, In My Blood.

Along with Shawn, In My Blood was co-written by Scott Harris and Geoff Warburton, with the single peaking at number 13 here in Britain, number 22 in America and number 9 in the pop stars native Canada.
Taken from the musicians upcoming third album, titled Shawn Mendes, the songs lyrics relate to his struggles with anxiety and mental health issues. According to The Sun, its lyrics chronicle the now 19-year-old’s inner torment of living with the condition.
For o2 customers with access to the priority app, the mobile phone network provider is offering the option to purchase tickets to attend Shawn Mendes: The Tour live at The O2 and and other venues around the country, up to 48 hours before they’re put up for general release. Make a note if you’re interested: tickets are set to go up for sale at 10am on the 16th of May.
