It’s been a long, wet and windy winter and though there’s no guarantee the weathers going to improve anytime soon, things are about to pick up on the telly front.
Though many of us could’ve done with Gogglebox to cheer us up over the last few weeks, the wait for the shows return is almost over.
Channel 4 has now confirmed the start date for season 3 of Gogglebox, with the hit show returning on Friday the 7th of March, 2014 at 9:00pm.
This shift of time and broadcast day to a more prime time slot, likely reflects Channel 4’s recognition of Gogglebox as the stations number 1 show and one of Britain’s favorite programmes.
Fans can also rest assured they’ll be getting a good helping, with series 3 scheduled for 12×60 minute episodes. The first show see’s the families casting their critical eyes over such programmes as The Voice, The Oscars, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and The Taste.
Viewers can also look out for some new households in 2014 including: Nate, Verona and Ann Carr from Birmingham, plus Josh Townsend and Joe Teulon from West London.
